Ukrainian Business Award (UBA) has published a ranking of the top 10 best developers in Lviv in 2025. Greenville Group of Companies entered it, taking 6th place in the list. The assessment covered ten key criteria – from the number of implemented projects to online traffic and jury evaluation.
The assessment methodology was composed of the following parameters:
Number of objects put into operation;
Professional awards (diplomas, honors, prizes). With 5 awards, Greenville continues to strengthen the image of a developer that relies on environmental technologies and energy-efficient buildings;
Web Performance Index (digital presence). Using the PageSpeed Insights tool, the technical level of the site is assessed, including loading speed, adaptability to mobile devices, search engine optimization and the absence of technical errors;
Customer Experience Index. Reflects the overall level of customer experience and perception of the company by consumers. Takes into account the quality of interaction, service and trust in the brand. The rating is based on the results of the analysis of positive and negative reviews;
Market experience. UBA emphasizes that Greenville has been operating in the residential real estate market since 2007, maintaining a strong position thanks to long-term development strategies;
Number of brand search queries in Google. This parameter is calculated using the Clarity Project and Serpstat tools and determines the level of brand awareness on the network. Here Greenville is also in the top six;
Website traffic (average per month). The attendance rate of the company’s official website is calculated using the independent analytical resource SimilarWeb;
Review rating. The rating is based on the analysis of the number of positive and negative reviews in relation to the total number of reviews on the market. The calculation is carried out according to a mathematical formula;
Social media presence index. Calculated by a formula based on the frequency of publications on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other resources;
The jury’s assessment is the final criterion. The expert jury includes Ilya Slavhorodsky (CEO Ukrainian Business Award), Oleksandr Stepanov (HBD Head of Business Development Department UBTA – Ukrainian Business & Trade Association) and Dmytro Savytsky (psychologist, consultant, business trainer, partner Tomalogy-Supervisor).
According to Ilya Slavhorodsky, the 10 best development companies from this year’s Ukrainian Business Award rating shape the current state of Lviv real estate – high-quality, innovative and investor-oriented. Their results demonstrate that the success of a developer is a combination of stability, many years of experience, customer trust and transparent communication.
