Greenville entered the top twenty of the list of “Top 100 Developers of Ukraine” as part of the LUN Award for 2025.
The award ceremony took place on February 6 during the LUN Awards 2026 gala evening – an event for owners and managers of development companies. The top 100 list includes development companies that have demonstrated high and systematic activity in working with their projects on LUN.
The criterion for forming the rating was the total advertising activity of the developer on LUN during 2025, taking into account all the company’s residential projects presented on the platform.

It is extremely pleasing that the results of our work are recognized by colleagues in the market, partners and the development community. This award is designed to recognize developers who systematically work with the market, invest in transparent communication of their projects and form a high-quality presence on the LUN service.
LUN emphasizes that the companies included in the list together implement 22% of all active projects on the market. A project that has open sales or is under construction is considered active.
